Şirketimize sağlamış olduğunuz TCKN, ad, soyad, cinsiyet, doğum tarihi, evlilik yıl dönümünüz, , cep telefonunuz, e-posta adresiniz, adres bilgileriniz, alışveriş bilgileriniz, faydalanılan kampanyalar ve kuponlar, kullanılan cihaz türü, IP adresiniz, üyelik yapılması halinde üyelik bilgileriniz, yüzük ölçüsü verileriniz Kanun’a ve ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak tamamen veya kısmen otomatik olan ya da herhangi bir veri kayıt sisteminin parçası olmak kaydıyla otomatik olmayan yollarla işlenmektedir.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN İŞLEME AMAÇLARI

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZİN AKTARILDIĞI TARAFLAR VE AKTARMA AMAÇLARI

Kişisel Verileriniz, Kanun’un temel ilkelere uygun olarak yukarıda sayılan “Kişisel Verilerin İşleme Amaçları” dahilinde, yurt içinde ve yurt dışında bulunan iş ortaklarımız, tedarikçilerimiz, iştiraklerimiz, hissedarlarımız, topluluk şirketlerimiz, denetim şirketleri, ödeme kuruluşları, kanunen yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşları, kanunen yetkili özel hukuk kişileri ile paylaşılabilecektir.

KİŞİSEL VERİLERİNİZİN TOPLAMA YÖNTEMİ VE HUKUKİ SEBEBİ

Kişisel Verileriniz, sanal mağazaya (www.ediazloveit.com) üye olma aşamasında, sanal mağazadan üye olmadan sipariş gerçekleştirilmesi sürecinde, Şirketimizin sunduğu ürün ve hizmetleri kullanmak için doğrudan Şirketimizin ya da Şirketimizin yurt içinden veya yurt dışından destek hizmeti aldığı kuruluşlar aracılığıyla yapmış olduğunuz başvurular esnasında, Şirketimizin sahibi olduğu ya da hizmet aldığı çağrı merkeziyle yapılan görüşmelerde, ürün ve hizmet sözleşmeleri kurulurken, kendi bünyemizde ya da yetkilendirdiği firmalarca açılan mağazalarda, sertifikasyon ve ürün/hizmet garanti kayıtları esnasında işitsel, elektronik veya yazılı olarak toplanabilmektedir.

Ayrıca Kişisel Verileriniz Kanun’un 5. maddesinde belirtilen ve aşağıda sayılan hukuki sebeplere dayalı olarak işlenmektedir. Kanun uyarınca aşağıda sayılan kişisel veri işleme şartlarının varlığı halinde, açık rızanız alınmaksızın kişisel verileriniz işlenebilecektir.

• Kanunlarda açıkça öngörülmesi
• Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması kaydıyla, sözleşmenin taraflarına ait kişisel verilerin işlenmesinin gerekli olması
• Veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması
• Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması
• İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri için veri işlenmesinin zorunlu olması

Yukarıda sayılan kişisel veri işleme şartlarının olmadığı hallerde  kisisel veri işleme faaliyetleri için müşterilerin açık rızalarının alındığını ve açık rıza olmaksızın işleme faaliyeti yapılmadığını bildiririz.

AÇIK RIZA

Kişisel verileriniz,  Aydınlatma Metni kapsamında işlenmektedir. Açık rızamın aranıdığı hallerde, kişisel verilerimin Aydınlatma Metni’nde belirtilen esaslar uyarınca işlenmesini ve Aydınlatma Metni’nde belirtilen üçüncü kişilere aktarılmasını kabul ediyorum.

KİŞİSEL VERİ SAHİBİNİN HAKLARI

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesi ile ilgili olarak veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Ediaz’a başvurarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun 11. Maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklardan istifade edebilirsiniz:

1. Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
2. Kişisel veriniz işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
3. Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
4. Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
5. Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
6. Kanun’un 7. Maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
7. Yukarıda yer alan (d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
8. İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle tarafınız aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
9. Kişisel verilerinizin Kanun’a aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme,

Kanun’un “ilgili kişinin haklarını düzenleyen” 11 inci maddesi kapsamındaki taleplerinizi Şirketimizin taleplerinizi Yenibosna Merkez Mah. Ladin sok. Kuyumcukent Apt. No:4M/6015 Bahçelievler/İstanbul adresine yazılı olarak veya  e-posta adresimize güvenli elektronik imza ile ya da Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’de belirtilen diğer yöntemlerle Şirketimize iletebilirsiniz.

Şirketimiz işbu Aydınlatma Metni’nin yürürlükteki mevzuatta yapılabilecek değişiklikler çerçevesinde her zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar.
